TF7 builds positioning around Collarmele development.

When you think of LA, you see the beach culture or the glitz of Hollywood. Few think of the downtown urban core. But it’s time to take another look. With the addition of LA Live, the Grammy Museum, new nightclubs and restaurants, an incredible art scene and the bustling financial core – downtown LA is drawing more people than ever before.
Collarmele Partners recognized this opportunity and came to Twenty Four 7 to build a brand around a new mixed-use development with residential, retail and a boutique hotel. The positioning focused on introducing the public to rethink the downtown urban core and what it can offer and provide as a cultural center for working and living.  Our work invited people to be part of a first in the nation’s second largest city.
