Baseball is not only a pastime in America, but in Japan as well. And Bakatsu, or club baseball, is hugely popular in schools across the island nation. So when Nike’s Tokyo brand design team came to us to create a high impact visual presentation, we stepped up to the plate.
The temporary environment was part of an internal presentation on the Nike campus in Beaverton. The installation highlighted baseball cleats, Bakatsu gloves and the tools used to handcraft them. A pair of 20-foot runways featured mannequins styled out in the latest Undercover Gyakusou collaboration product with bold messaging, and imagery as a backdrop.
We were psyched to team up with Nike Japan on this project and knock it out of the park.
