ACCOUNT MANAGER

Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of the account/client relationship including consistent communication between parties: key contacts in their organization and our internal Account Service Team. The successful candidate is confident, thoughtful, well spoken and comfortable commanding a room during presentations. The Account Manager earns and keeps the client trust by keeping a close eye on their business objectives; and collaborating with internal account / creative / development teams to ensure success.

Responsibilities
The Account Manager supports Account Executives in managing a number of clients / projects that vary in size, type and complexity. For example, active projects may include a strategic / planning initiative, a creative campaign, and a design / build program with national roll out. The right candidate is confident managing a mix of projects with different objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables to suit specific needs.

Strict management of resources is critical to success. As is the ability to research, plan and execute projects to high quality standards is essential to success. This involves strict management of resources and determining the best way to track and report progress and performance both internally and to the client.

The Account Manager role requires:

Education & Experience

• 5+ years experience in account / brand management in similar industry.
• Experience in retail and other environmental programs is preferred. 
• Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• Experience supporting creative projects that entail creative (copy & design), digital, engineering and production elements.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required. Ability to learn / manage information-sharing platforms and conference software (i.e.: WebEX, Basecamp, Dropbox, SmartSheet) as needed.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple deliverables and tight timelines.


SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Overview
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for leading the cultivation and development of key account business relationships. This includes guiding business strategies, brand marketing programs and related creative experiences. This role requires an understanding of clients’ businesses and strategic drivers in order to deliver successful projects and programs, as well as demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities
The Sr. Account Executive must be able to effectively communicate our diverse skill set in strategy, experience design and marketing during new business opportunities. This intrinsically-motivated team member should be able to work independently to meet business objectives and established sales goals while supporting team initiatives. Successful candidates have a passion for solving problems and creating innovative solutions. 

The Senior Account Executive will:
• Provide consistent leadership and service to each account; this includes availability and adaptability, partnering in short- and long-range planning, and proactive communication.
• Write scopes of work, creative briefs, estimates and project quotes, which clearly outline objectives, process, deliverables and project profitability.
• Work in concert with Strategy and Design to evaluate all deliverables and ensure alignment with client objectives and business goals.
• Command knowledge of budgets throughout the progression of projects
• Lead client kick-off meetings and internal project reviews.
• Act as primary liaison between client, internal teams and outside partners.
• Develop projections and participate in marketing and sales off-sites and meetings.
• Achieve annual sales goals provided at the onset of each year.
• Ensure that the client needs are met on time, on budget and with the highest level of service.
• Travel as necessary to support project and client needs.

Desired Skills & Abilities

• History of effective team leadership while managing complex projects with multiple deliverables and tight deadlines.
