Cannonball Contest drenches bystanders.
This is what happens when you have an open bar mere steps from a swimming pool. The e-mail taunts leading up to the TF7 cannonball contest were plentiful and the contestants did not disappoint.
Best Pre-Performance – Kris Wigger
Don’t discount the artistry of this 6-foot-5 former footballer. As the theme song from Star Wars thundered over the sound system, “Wiggs” paraded around the pool in nothing but a Darth Vadar mask. And swim trunks. He pumped his fists in the air before drenching all innocent bystanders.
Biggest Splash – Alex Daisley
This fine fellow hails from the Queen’s England and the ladies swoon over his British accent. His prim-n-proper is offset by a large tattoo on his back – visible as he tucked knees-to-chest and crashed into the water – causing the greatest of tidal waves.
Best Style & Form – Mimi Lettunich & Jon Roy
As previously mentioned, there was a pool and alcohol in the same vicinity. There was also a ladder and a rooftop. While very ill-advised, it was still a spectacular sight to see the pair jump hand-in-hand into the deep end. Further proof that these two are comfortable with risk – especially when the rewards are great.
